We offer free shipping to customers within the United States and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to customers outside of the United States.

Our procedure for personalized products begins with a drawing time of 1-3 business days, during which our team creates a unique design tailored to your specifications. Customers have the option to request revisions during this time to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product. Once the design is approved, fulfillment time takes 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the product is ready to be shipped. Shipping within the United States typically takes 5-10 days for delivery, allowing you to enjoy your personalized item in a timely manner.

On the other hand, it is important to keep in mind that we have products that the process of creating custom products requires additional time and attention to detail. As a result, shipping time for these personalized items may be slightly longer than our standard delivery time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its delivery status. My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask about your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package with them.

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you will be.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@luxtopaz.com with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

Pro tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.


Separate packages

Our products are shipped in multiple/separate packages to ensure timely delivery and comply with weight restrictions. If you find something missing from your order, rest assured that it may be in another package.
