However, please note that all items are drawn/custom per order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us promptly. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about which size will fit you best, please refer to our size guides in the product descriptions.

In the rare event of a labeling error with your product, please contact us at info@luxtopaz.com within one week of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item, and we will assist you promptly.

How to Initiate a Return?

Refund:

Luxtopaz return the money?

We only offer money refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us with photos of your item, and we will find a solution.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process your return. We will then notify you via email to confirm the outcome of your return.

If your return is approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Cancellation of Orders

Our cancellation policy allows for order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations beyond this timeframe.
